📋 Description

• Closely track and analyze the User Experience of Key Clients • Identify risks of client loss and suggest retention methods • Enhance the Customer Journey on company products • Participate in developing systems and programs to increase Key Clients’ activity • Cooperate with content, IT, analytics, customer support, and other departments • Maintain clear and informative records about Key Client experience using the services

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (Chinese or Spanish is a plus) • Experience in an international environment, ideally working with clients • Ability to handle time-sensitive situations and adapt quickly when circumstances change • Strong attention to detail and ability to process large amounts of information quickly • Ability to develop sound ideas and professional solutions to complex cases • Confidence presenting a professional opinion and persuading others of its merit • Strong computer skills, including Internet, G-Suite, and MS Office • Insight into people and ability to understand what they really need • Stress resistance, proactive attitude, and can-do mindset
