📋 Description

• Design, build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI/CD • Improve and support Kubernetes-based production and pre-production environments • Develop internal platform services and deployment automation in Go • Evolve the in-house deployment system and build its next-generation replacement • Make stage and ephemeral environments faster, more reliable and cheaper to run • Migrate and standardize build processes across multiple products • Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible • Improve observability with Grafana, OpenSearch, metrics and alerting • Work with engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery speed

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes • Solid experience with GitLab CI/CD • Production experience with Go, building real services and tools rather than just scripts • Strong Linux administration skills • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) • Experience with observability tools: Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics • Understanding of modern DevOps practices and the full software delivery lifecycle • Ownership mindset and ability to deliver measurable results • Systems thinking and ability to identify bottlenecks from code to production • Clear, pragmatic communication with engineers, QA and stakeholders • Ability to prioritize, make decisions under ambiguity and deliver iteratively without overengineering • Collaborative attitude, low ego and high accountability • Experience with Helm / Helmfile (a plus) • Experience with internal developer platforms (IDP) (a plus) • Experience with VMware or hybrid infrastructure (a plus) • Networking fundamentals (a plus) • Basic frontend skills in JavaScript / React for internal tools (a plus)
