📋 Description

• Review and approve product specifications for websites and mobile apps • Assess compliance risks related to product features, user journeys, monetisation models, and platform requirements • Participate in product compliance audits and incident response • Review marketing materials and campaigns for compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements • Advise Marketing teams on advertising, consumer protection, and promotional claims • Participate in marketing compliance audits and implementation of corrective actions • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in relevant jurisdictions and assess their impact on products and business processes • Communicate regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes • Monitor sanctions-related regulatory developments • Support application of internal sanctions controls • Participate in development and delivery of compliance trainings and onboarding materials • Create and maintain internal compliance guidance, playbooks, and knowledge base • Review AI-enabled products, features, and third-party AI integrations for compliance with applicable legal requirements • Support AI risk assessments and implementation of AI governance controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law • Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the EU and in the USA • Knowledge of marketing and advertising compliance laws in the EU and in the US • Knowledge of the EU and the US digital legislature, AI governance • Knowledge of Apple Store and Google Play guidelines • Strong English and Russian language communication skills, both written and verbal (B2+)
