📋 Description

• Coordinate projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to release and closure • Keep project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery trackers accurate and up to date in Jira • Coordinate day-to-day work across Product, Engineering, QA, Business and other stakeholders • Track deliverables and action items, follow up with owners, and flag delays and blockers early • Facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas and materials, recording decisions and action items, and following up • Prepare project status updates, dashboards and management reports • Identify and track risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies; maintain the RAID log and escalate delivery risks • Track scope changes and document their impact on timelines, resources and commitments • Maintain project documentation, decision logs and action trackers • Monitor performance against milestones and key delivery metrics, including delivery predictability and time to market • Help maintain project governance and agreed delivery processes • Work closely with the Lead Project Manager and teams across Product, Engineering, QA and Business

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT project management or delivery, on software, mobile or web projects • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business) • Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence • Solid skills in project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and scope and change management • Experience with release planning, progress monitoring, issue resolution and escalation • Experience managing risks and dependencies, plus delivery reporting and KPI tracking • Good understanding of the SDLC, QA, UAT and production deployment processes • Basic skills in effort estimation, capacity tracking and delivery forecasting • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong organization, attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-ups • Problem-solving skills, adaptability and comfort with shifting priorities • Ability to build good working relationships and align competing stakeholder expectations
