📋 Description

• Edit text datasets used to train conversational AI • Write new text datasets from scratch • Test new bot versions, evaluate responses, and provide clear feedback on errors • Label and annotate data for model training • Create additional creative content as needed • Maintain a high pace while preserving quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Data Annotator, AI Trainer, Editor, Copywriter, or Writer (erotic fiction, interactive stories) • Strong text skills: writing and editing • Experience in the adult industry (OFM, cam platforms, erotic content, etc.) is required • Hands-on experience with bots and LLMs (writing datasets, testing, evaluating responses, prompting) is required • English at C1 level or higher • Deep understanding of the adult audience, including chat, flirting, escalation, and retention • Experience editing data, building training datasets, and labeling them • Ability to set standards for style, tone, explicitness, and quality criteria • Ability to diagnose bot issues from test results and propose a fix • Complete comfort with explicit content • Strong attention to detail, especially in labeling and testing • Empathy and understanding of user psychology • Ability to handle long, repetitive work while keeping quality high • Ability to give clear, precise feedback on bot errors • Spanish or French is nice to have • Ability to edit and create around 100 content units per hour without losing quality
