📋 Description

• Monitor automated mailings and follow-up sequences to customers and prospects • Review target audiences, copy, and links before launch • Analyze opens, clicks, replies, and unsubscribes • Support marketing projects such as Meta campaigns, landing pages, videos, and LinkedIn initiatives • Determine which marketing activities generate inquiries and conversions • Build or improve small AI automations using Claude Code, Python, SQL, and APIs • Critically review AI-generated results and identify errors at an early stage • Resolve errors independently or hand them over to the technical team with precise details • Communicate with customers, applicants, and partners as needed • Participate in regular online meetings with management

🎯 Requirements

• Have independently built a genuinely operational program, script, or automation using AI—for example with Claude Code, Cursor, Python, Make, or n8n • Practical experience building with AI, with the ability to explain how the solutions you have built work • Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, database tables, and log files • Ability to read Python or SQL • Understanding of marketing and sales, including funnels, conversion rates, and subject lines • Experience with Meta Ads, email marketing, or sales is a major advantage • Data-driven approach to work • Excellent written and spoken German • Independent working style and strong prioritization skills • Residence in Austria; employment under Austrian law
