📋 Description

• Create campaigns in Meta using Meta Ads Manager • Enter and edit Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads in Meta Business Manager • Create customers in BVS and establish the necessary connections so that applicants can be referred to customers • Manage recruiting campaigns according to the existing system in close collaboration with the Project Manager • Design campaigns in Canva as holiday cover • Create copy for new campaigns • Turn templates into engaging ads and graphics • Regularly communicate progress in internal online meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Practical, in-depth experience with Meta ads in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) • Experience creating, editing, and monitoring ads • Very good computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office) • Open-mindedness and interest in new ideas, programs, and tools • Independent, careful, accurate, and structured working style • Ability to prioritize tasks that arise at short notice • Strong self-organization and flexible time management • Regularly communicate progress in internal online meetings • Willingness to work according to clear templates, processes, and an established system • Must be based in Austria; digital nomads are not eligible • Availability of 25–30 hours per week
