📋 Description

• Manage a team of coordinators and safety professionals working across the country • Contribute to the development of the Prevention Division’s activities and support the national business line management • Market and deliver the business line’s services • Lead, motivate, and coordinate the teams • Carry out HSE coordination and prevention management assignments • Contribute to the agency’s overall strategy • Participate in sales meetings and manage sales initiatives and proposals • Prepare or oversee the preparation of proposals and amendments within the scope of delegated authority • Appoint project managers and consultants based on their skills and qualifications • Optimize delivery and invoicing lead times • Monitor contractual deadlines and client commitments • Manage the budget, financial activities, and collection of overdue payments • Implement Quality and Safety procedures and respond to audits, particularly MASE audits • Manage recruitment and competency development • Escalate non-conformities, complaints, and disputes, and participate in their resolution • Lead corrective actions and recommend safety improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Two- to three-year higher-education degree or four- to five-year higher-education degree • More than five years of experience in HSE coordination and prevention in civil engineering, public works, or construction • Technical and regulatory expertise in HSE coordination and prevention within the civil engineering/public works sector • In-depth knowledge of the industry • Initial experience in management and profit-center management • Excellent organizational skills and meticulousness in the technical management and monitoring of assignments • Strong customer-service and listening skills • Self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
