📋 Description

• Develop training materials and content • Deliver online training to Kitchen Chefs and Cooks throughout Brazil • Support the implementation of new processes and products • Translate technical knowledge into simple, practical content applicable to day-to-day operations • Ensure the standardization of culinary practices and preparation methods • Partner with subject-matter experts to disseminate culinary best practices • Contribute to a strategic nationwide project

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Gastronomy • Practical experience in a professional kitchen, with strong knowledge of culinary techniques • Experience as a teacher, instructor, training facilitator, or knowledge multiplier is preferred, particularly in culinary schools, Senac, Senai, or similar institutions • Experience training and developing teams • Experience developing training materials, presentations, and technical content • Knowledge of culinary principles, food safety, and workplace safety • Availability to work fully remotely
