📋 Description

• Manage the Facebook and Instagram social media channels • Manage the blog and independently write new posts • Actively research engaging topics for the international community • Develop, plan, and implement new marketing campaigns • Review artist applications from around the world • Scout new talent • Provide feedback to artists and support quality management • Handle community inquiries and concerns • Support community communications

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, media studies, journalism, or cultural and communication studies; career changers are welcome • Available for 4–6 months • A mandatory internship required as part of your studies • Initial professional experience in marketing or communications is an advantage, but not required • Enthusiasm for social media and awareness of current trends • Strong writing skills • Initial experience writing and/or creating SEO articles is an advantage • Excellent communication skills and a confident manner • Ability to develop ideas independently and persuade others of their value • A good sense of humor and creative thinking • Enjoy helping community members with their questions
