📋 Description

• Work with customers to deliver the best quality solutions • Participate in agile ServiceNow projects, including stand-ups, sprints, and development • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates, patches, and new releases • Introduce new features to customers’ ServiceNow modules • Support customers’ existing ServiceNow instances • Gather clear requirements involving process and technology aspects • Advise and implement solutions based on proven best practices • Act as trusted architects to secure platforms for the future • Provide solutions supporting customers’ business demands • Work with agile prototyping to demonstrate early effects and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in ServiceNow Development Projects • ServiceNow certifications • Motivation to further develop ServiceNow skills • Experience in ITSM, CSM, and HR modules • Strong interest in AI • Good technical and problem-solving skills • Passion about Business Technology and innovative solutions • Self-driven attitude and ability to work independently • Fluency in English
