📋 Description

• Analyze terms of reference, tender documents, and contracts to identify requirements, risks, and solution alignment, using AI tools to read, compare, and summarize documents. • Conduct discovery sessions with clients and subject-matter experts, map business rules, and validate understanding before specification. • Identify opportunities to use AI in the product and processes, proposing automations and intelligent features. • Use SQL to analyze and validate data, supporting diagnostics and product decisions. • Write and maintain PRDs, defining the problem, objectives, business rules, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. • Manage the backlog by refining, prioritizing, and writing clear stories for development. • Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly meetings, refinement sessions, planning, and product reviews as the business reference for Engineering and UX. • Present projects to the team at the start of each initiative, ensuring alignment on context and objectives. • Validate deliverables with the technical team and clients, and keep documentation up to date. • Present product updates through demos, release notes, and communications for clients and internal teams. • Serve as the client point of contact for business-related topics and support complex system usage and reporting situations. • Lead training sessions, implementations, and assisted operations, both onsite and remotely. • Demonstrate a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to processes, experiences, and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Public Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst working on digital products, preferably B2B or SaaS. • Experience with discovery, functional specifications, and writing PRDs or user stories. • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and team ceremonies. • Strong ability to read and interpret complex documents, such as contracts, regulations, and tender documents. • Intermediate SQL skills for queries and data validation. • Practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work. • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, delivering presentations, and conducting training. • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite implementations and training. • Experience in the public sector or GovTech, including procurement processes, Brazilian Law 14.133, accountability reporting, document management, or electronic processes. • Experience with credit operations and reporting to national banks and international development organizations. • Experience specifying or launching AI-powered features, such as LLMs, automations, or agents. • Experience with software implementation and assisted operations. • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
