📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot our equipment (dispensers, washing systems, dosing systems for equipment maintenance, etc.). • Train and advise users on best practices and hygiene protocols. • Handle the technical and administrative follow-up of service calls. • Serve as a trusted point of contact for your clients and act as a Diversey brand ambassador in the field.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Vocational diploma (Bac Pro) / BTS in electromechanics, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Desired experience in maintenance of hygiene equipment or dosing systems. • Good understanding of safety protocols and technical follow-up. • Skills: Solid fundamentals in electricity and mechanics. • Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, tablet, internal tools). • Personal qualities: autonomy, rigor, adaptability, customer service orientation, and good communication skills. • Driving license B required (frequent travel within the assigned territory).
