📋 Description

• Conduct hygiene and food safety audits. • Assess on-site practices and identify areas for improvement. • Train teams on good hygiene practices and regulatory requirements. • Support establishments in their compliance efforts. • Conduct sampling and inspections when necessary. • Prepare audit reports and corresponding action plans. • Work with clients in the food service, hospitality, healthcare, and agri-food industries. • Travel regularly within the assigned service area.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Quality, Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in food safety auditing, training, or consulting. • Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and regulatory requirements. • Experience delivering training sessions. • Ability to work independently. • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office. • Independent contractor status (freelancer, sole proprietor, or company). • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. • Computer or tablet for preparing reports. • Willingness to travel within the defined geographic area. • Proficiency in English is an advantage but not essential.
