📋 Description

• Conduct hygiene and food safety audits • Assess on-site practices and identify areas for improvement • Train teams on good hygiene practices and regulatory requirements • Support establishments with their compliance initiatives • Conduct sampling and inspections when necessary • Prepare audit reports and associated action plans • Work directly with clients in the restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, and agri-food sectors • Independently organize your schedule and travel within the assigned service area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Quality, Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field • Proven experience in food safety auditing, training, or consulting • Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and regulatory requirements • Experience delivering training sessions • Ability to work independently • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office • Independent contractor status (freelancer, sole proprietor, or company) • Category B driver’s license and personal vehicle • Computer or tablet for preparing reports • Willingness to travel within the defined geographic area • English proficiency is a plus but not required
