📋 Description

• Conduct hygiene and food safety audits. • Assess on-site practices and identify areas for improvement. • Train teams on good hygiene practices and regulatory requirements. • Support establishments with their compliance efforts. • Carry out sampling and inspections when necessary. • Prepare audit reports and corresponding action plans. • Work directly with clients in the food service, hospitality, healthcare, and food processing industries. • Travel regularly within the assigned service area.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Quality Management, Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in food safety auditing, training, or consulting. • Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and regulatory requirements. • Experience delivering training sessions. • Ability to work independently. • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Independent contractor status (freelancer, sole proprietor, or company). • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. • Laptop or tablet for preparing reports. • Willingness to travel within the defined geographic area. • Proficiency in English is a plus but not required.
