âą Perform scheduled maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance âą Diagnose and repair issues, responding to emergency service calls and implementing effective solutions âą Support new customer installations, ensuring proper setup and calibration âą Provide training to customers on the safe and efficient use of dosing equipment and hygiene solutions âą Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners âą Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction
âą Experience in electrical maintenance and mechanical installations âą Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues âą Willingness to travel across Greece (up to two weeks per month) âą Basic knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint âą Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) âą Experience in customer-facing technical support âą Electrical qualification or equivalent âą Valid, clean B-category driving license
