📋 Description

• Assist in creating graphics for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives • Support the team in designing social media posts, banners, presentations, infographics, and other creative assets • Work with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, leads, and other cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and turn ideas into engaging visuals • Follow and maintain Solvative and Peerfives brand guidelines across creative work • Make design changes based on feedback and ensure final assets are clean and polished • Organize and maintain design files and creative assets • Explore new design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative tools • Support the design team with day-to-day creative requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year • Basic knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar • Good understanding of basic design principles, including typography, color, layout, and composition • Creative mindset with good attention to detail • Willingness to learn and take feedback positively • Good communication and time-management skills • A portfolio, college projects, or examples of personal design work • Basic video editing skills are a plus • Interest or experience in creating social media content • Basic understanding of UI/UX design is a plus • Familiarity with AI tools for design and content creation
