📋 Description

• Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems • Define, configure, validate, and troubleshoot interfaces using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and other interoperability standards • Conduct technical discovery to understand customer environments, infrastructure, workflows, and integration requirements • Translate business and technical needs into practical implementation approaches • Configure Solventum solutions for customer-specific operational and clinical requirements • Lead technical validation, testing, defect investigation, issue resolution, and deployment readiness activities • Support successful customer go-lives and smooth operational transitions • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues during and after implementation • Diagnose problems, identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and drive continuous improvement • Capture implementation knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned • Share expertise with support, engineering, product management, and implementation teams to improve delivery quality, operational readiness, and customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience implementing, integrating, supporting, or delivering healthcare technology solutions • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, customer technical stakeholders, or healthcare information systems in a private, public, government or military environment • Experience implementing enterprise software solutions in healthcare environments • Experience with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Altera, Meditech, or equivalent systems • Experience with interface engines, integration platforms, SaaS deployments, cloud-hosted solutions, networking fundamentals, or identity management concepts • Experience supporting technical discovery, requirements analysis, solution configuration, testing, validation, go-live readiness, and production support activities • Ability to perform root cause analysis, document implementation knowledge, and share lessons learned • Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements • Professional working proficiency in Arabic • Experience working directly with customer IT teams, technical stakeholders, and third-party vendors • Experience with HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs, and data exchange workflows • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure components • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities in a dynamic environment • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
