📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of Solventum's global Talent Acquisition function • Maintain a best-in-class global Talent Acquisition center of excellence • Drive standardized operational processes and global vendor systems • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and IT teams • Align Talent Acquisition with HR Talent Management strategic goals and legal standards • Lead transformation initiatives to modernize Talent Acquisition practices, processes, and systems • Develop a sustainable strategy and long-term roadmap • Implement and monitor KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce hiring analytics • Provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team • Foster collaboration, accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, data privacy standards, and HR regulations • Manage hiring exceptions, audits, discrepancies, risks, vendors, SLAs, contracts, and agreements • Collaborate with business leaders to tailor Talent Acquisition programs, tools, and processes • Manage Talent Acquisition budgets and identify cost savings through process and vendor efficiencies • Promote new Talent Acquisition initiatives, technologies, and processes across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated global Talent Acquisition experience • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Extensive experience establishing global Talent strategies and leading global talent operations • Strong understanding of global Talent Acquisition compliance across multiple regions • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing technology platforms • Strong project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities • Proven experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams • Demonstrated strong employee engagement scores • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
