📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of Solventum’s global Talent Acquisition function • Maintain a best-in-class global Talent Acquisition center of excellence • Drive standardized operational processes and global vendor systems • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Privacy teams • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global labor laws and data privacy standards • Lead transformation initiatives to modernize Talent Acquisition practices, processes, and systems • Develop sustainable strategies and long-term roadmaps • Implement and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for Talent Acquisition performance • Provide data-driven insights and regular reports to senior leadership • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team • Foster employee engagement, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Manage hiring exceptions, audits, discrepancies, and candidate records • Identify and mitigate Talent Acquisition risks, including data breaches and vendor performance issues • Manage stakeholder relationships, vendors, contracts, SLAs, and budgets • Promote new Talent Acquisition initiatives, technologies, and processes across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent demonstrated global Talent Acquisition experience • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Extensive experience establishing global Talent strategies and leading global talent operations • Strong understanding of global Talent Acquisition compliance across multiple regions • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing technology platforms • Strong project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building abilities • Proven experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams • Demonstrated strong employee engagement scores • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
