📋 Description

• Introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products using blended learning and adult learning concepts • Deliver live classroom and web-based training • Contribute to asynchronous training • Participate in project implementations before and after go-live with key project stakeholders • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, mentor, and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams as designated • Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives • Comply with professional, quality, and corporate standards, policies, and procedures • Act consistently with Solventum values and ethical standards • Engage with customers remotely and onsite • Travel up to 50% domestically

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with exposure to a diverse casemix • Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications • Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA) • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Experience as Clinical Documentation Specialist • Healthcare Training related Experience • La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary qualifications • Previous auditing, training and education experience in coding highly desirable • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently in a multi-task environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™
