📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements • Evaluate current processes and propose improvements based on data and best practices • Develop business models, process flows, and technical documentation • Collaborate with IT, operations, and stakeholders to implement solutions • Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings • Participate in planning and execution of digital transformation projects • Monitor KPIs and key metrics to assess the impact of initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles • Experience in process analysis, project management, or business intelligence • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Familiarity with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML) • English Level: Advanced (B2+)
