• Design and manage CRM workflows & multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, etc.) • Develop segmentation strategies for personalized experiences • Collaborate with marketing & sales to align CRM goals • Analyze campaign performance & deliver actionable insights • Ensure data integrity & compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) • Optimize lead nurturing & customer lifecycle journeys • Integrate CRM with other marketing platforms
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field • 3–5 years of CRM & marketing automation experience • Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar • Skilled in Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign • Strong grasp of email marketing, segmentation & personalization • Analytical mindset & reporting expertise • Excellent communication & project management skills • Advanced English proficiency (C1) is a must! Spanish fluency is a big plus
