📋 Description

• Lead the coordination and preparation of bid packages and proposals for various construction projects. • Ensure that all RFP’s are submitted internally in a timely manner and in compliance with the requirements set out in the request for proposal (RFP) documents. • Manage and organize all bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and other related documents. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the submission guidelines. • Work closely with the project manager, estimators, and other team members to gather necessary information, to facilitate the preparation of comprehensive bids. • Independently manage the workload calendar of your assigned region. • Extremely organized and meet workload demands and goals. • Tracking all customer contacts, bidding the same project for the estimator to send bids to.
