📋 Description
• Atender llamadas entrantes con cortesía y profesionalismo • Realizar llamadas salientes para dar bienvenida, hacer seguimiento y confirmar citas • Utilizar scripts establecidos para evaluar casos, recopilar información y agendar citas • Documentar detalladamente todas las interacciones en la base de datos de clientes • Dar seguimiento a campañas de marketing y coordinar referidos cuando sea necesario • Apoyar al equipo de recepción telefónica cuando se requiera
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia previa en oficina con sistemas telefónicos y computacionales • Historial comprobado en ventas telefónicas • Habilidades analíticas, proactividad y atención al detalle • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación • Estudios de Bachillerato / Educación Media
