• Gestionar y apoyar los sistemas de TI, con un enfoque en redes y soporte al cliente. • Gestión de usuarios: Windows Terminal Server (locales y alojados). • Soporte de Red: Configurar y dar soporte a firewalls Fortinet y dispositivos de red (WAN, LAN, VPN). • Solución remota de problemas: Problemas de LAN local, políticas de cortafuegos, enrutamiento, servicios de impresión de Windows y copia de seguridad/recuperación de servidores. • Administración de servidores • Administración de cortafuegos: Configuración de VPN de sitio a sitio y gestión de políticas de cortafuegos y VLAN , y resolución de problemas básicos de red.
• Más de 2 años de experiencia en asistencia técnica al cliente • Inglés Avanzado C1 • Gran capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita, capaz de explicar conceptos técnicos a usuarios principiantes.
• Remoto (únicamente en Medellín)
