📋 Description
• Liderar y coordinar el equipo de trabajo, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y plazos. • Definir y ejecutar una visión estratégica alineada con los clientes y el negocio. • Fomentar la comunicación efectiva dentro del equipo y con las partes interesadas.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en gestión de proyectos. • Habilidades de liderazgo, negociación y resolución de problemas. • Capacidad de adaptación a entornos dinámicos y trabajo bajo presión. • Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión de proyectos. • Herramientas: Comunicación y colaboración: Slack, Microsoft Teams • Planificación y análisis: Suite GOOGLE. • Título profesional: Marketing (plus).
