• Mantener comunicación directa y constante con los clientes por correo electrónico y llamadas telefónicas • Obtener información, proporcionar actualizaciones y resolver preguntas sobre el envío • Obtener nuevos envíos del extranjero y presentar las tarifas y rutas a los clientes para su aprobación • Trabajar con nuestros socios en el extranjero para obtener las mejores tarifas y rutas • Trabajar con nuestro equipo del Data Center para abrir las reservas en Cargowise • Mantener a los clientes actualizados sobre los cambios en los envíos • Asignar cuentas específicas a los candidatos
