• Recibir llamadas de pacientes relacionadas con facturación médica. • Explicar cargos, deducibles y copagos de manera clara y empática. • Procesar pagos y gestionar reclamaciones médicas. • Ingresar y actualizar datos de pacientes en sistemas médicos. • Atender solicitudes y quejas de pacientes con profesionalismo.
🎯 Requirements
• Nivel de inglés: Avanzado (B2+/C1) • Experiencia previa en el sector médico, especialmente en cobranzas (medical billing). • Conocimiento en plataformas como: IMS (principalmente), Amazing Charts, NextGen, Biller MD, ECW, INSYNC
