• Admisión y calificación de clientes: Llamadas para entender necesidades, recopilar información clave y evaluar elegibilidad. • Cierre de tratos: Usa tu carisma y habilidades de venta para convertir leads en clientes activos. • Seguimiento y retención: Acompaña a los pacientes, resuelve inquietudes y promueve relaciones duraderas. • Resolución de problemas: Identifica obstáculos y colabora con el equipo para mejorar procesos. • Soporte administrativo: Gestión de datos, documentos y comunicaciones. • Enlace clave: Sé el puente entre clientes, abogados y médicos para una transición fluida.
• Actitud proactiva, empatía y excelente comunicación. • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en el área de servicio al cliente BPO o call center. • Inglés B2+ (indispensable). • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles (¡con pago extra por horas adicionales!).
• Trabajo 100% remoto desde Medellín. • Contrato modalidad contractor. • Capacitación paga desde el primer día. • Dos días libres a la semana.
