📋 Description

• Administrar y mantener entornos Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 y servicios en la nube. • Configurar y dar soporte a Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint y OneDrive. • Monitorear el estado, rendimiento y disponibilidad de la infraestructura tecnológica. • Resolver incidentes de nivel II y III relacionados con sistemas, servidores y redes. • Ejecutar mantenimiento de servidores, gestión de parches, respaldos y planes de recuperación ante desastres. • Implementar y dar soporte a iniciativas de seguridad como MFA, Conditional Access y controles de cumplimiento. • Administrar servicios de red como DNS, DHCP y VPN. • Participar en proyectos de migración, integración e implementación de infraestructura. • Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica y procedimientos operativos. • Coordinar con proveedores tecnológicos para garantizar la calidad del servicio. • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora continua. • Realizar migraciones de cuentas y respaldos entre plataformas cloud.

🎯 Requirements

• Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia como System Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator o cargos afines. • Experiencia administrando entornos Microsoft 365 en organizaciones empresariales. • Experiencia en infraestructura cloud y ambientes híbridos. • Participación en proyectos de migración, transformación o integración tecnológica. • Deseable experiencia brindando soporte a equipos distribuidos geográficamente. • Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Intune, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Seguridad y cumplimiento, DNS, DHCP y redes, TCP/IP, Google Workspace Administration, Fundamentos de PowerShell, Experiencia en migraciones.
