📋 Description

• Participate in all activities throughout the product life cycle, from design through production • Communicate with the Legal Monitoring and Product teams to define the solutions to be implemented • Configure the payroll solution to address regulatory requirements • Develop and deliver software under the responsibility of a Tech Lead • Ensure deliverable quality through regression testing • Document completed development work and train the project team • Work with integration teams to share product knowledge • Analyze and maintain the payroll plan to meet client requests

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education degree (Master’s level) in payroll, computer science, or human resources • Initial experience in payroll management or a similar field, or experience implementing payroll software • Proficiency in Pléiades is essential • Strong analytical skills • Excellent written communication skills • Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented • Customer-focused, with the ability to build relationships easily • Master’s degree required
