📋 Description

• Own the functional capabilities of the train • Participate in the various milestones for new features, from requirements gathering through production release (R4M, DoR, socialization) • Create features based on the Functional Architecture Dossiers • Review features implemented by the team during PO demonstrations • Validate features after consultation with the Business (BT – Business Transformation) • Manage the train backlog for prioritization and PI Planning preparation • Ensure that capabilities are estimated by the teams • Prioritize work in preparation for PI Planning • Facilitate PI Planning • Manage plan changes during the PI by facilitating discussions between teams within the train and across trains • Track changes by creating and facilitating CCBs (Change Control Boards) • Facilitate PO Sync meetings to track progress • Escalate potential blockers • Participate in various follow-up meetings (PM Sync, LS Sync, Improvement Workshop) • Work closely with the HAT to ensure the implementation teams are managed effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of SAFe, particularly the Airbus OnePlatform version • Knowledge of 3DX • Proficiency in English • Familiarity with the D3.js, RxJS, and NgRx libraries • Active listening skills • Strong organizational skills • Negotiation skills • Ability to synthesize information • Responsiveness • Decision-making skills
