📋 Description

• Build software products for banking and financing institutions with collaborative, agile R&D teams • Contribute to product roadmap definition and support end-to-end product release delivery and stakeholder communication • Design, develop, test, support, and deploy mobile applications • Perform hands-on development, code reviews, and provide architectural insights • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout design and development to deliver high-quality products • Develop high-quality, innovative, and scalable technical solutions with a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines • Support product-team governance to ensure solution quality and efficiency • Employ agile methodologies to quickly provide engineers with solutions • Enable, empower, and encourage teams toward continuous improvement of technology and processes • Challenge and support people and engineering practices to improve product quality • Mentor the team and reinforce organizational values and culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience • Ideally knowledge equivalent to 8 to 10 years’ experience in native app development and mobile app architecture • Hands-on experience delivering solutions based on Swift/SwiftUI, iOS SDKs, and Cocoa Touch technologies in global organizations • Understanding of testing frameworks such as XCTest • Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and VIPER • Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines • Expertise in security best practices • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and GitLab • Familiarity with continuous integration • Good experience and understanding of working in an agile environment • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning • Good understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines • Experience in agile development processes, including release planning, monitoring burn-down charts, resolving impediments, managing dependencies, and risk planning and mitigation • Excellent data structures and algorithms skills • Exposure to digital transformation and digital technologies • Strong communication and collaboration ability • Self-starter able to take initiatives and work with minimal guidance • Prior experience in banking or financing domain is a plus but not necessary
