📋 Description

• Work within a Scrum team in close collaboration with business representatives and users • Understand, assess, and articulate business needs • Manage Product Backlog priorities with support from sponsors, in alignment with the project vision • Engage with business stakeholders through workshops to define functional requirements and maintain the backlog • Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, daily stand-ups, demos, backlog refinement, sprint transitions, N-Amigos) • Monitor the current sprint and answer questions from the delivery team • Prepare and write User Stories for the upcoming sprint • Design a testing strategy, write test plans, and support teams in executing test campaigns • Contribute to project scoping: analysis of the existing environment, value chain, target IT systems vision, project setup, MVP, and estimation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or university • At least 2 years of professional experience • Agile training (Product Owner certification) • Experience with operational responsibility in an Agile environment • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, make decisions, and work as part of a team • Interest in the retail sector and knowledge of retailers’ e-commerce, marketplace, and supply chain challenges
