📋 Description

• Lead consulting engagements in organizational design and business process reengineering • Contribute to information systems transformation projects, including scoping studies, enterprise architecture studies, master plans, and business-side project management assistance (AMOA) • Contribute to the digital transformation of clients’ business functions by envisioning future ways of working, particularly through connected devices, Big Data, predictive models, and IoT • Support the deployment of major programs, particularly through change management and training • Supervise junior consultants and train them in consulting practices • Work on-site with clients and as part of internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university • 2–3 years of consulting experience • Interest in the Defense and Security sectors • Ability to explore complex topics in depth • Strong attention to detail and rigor • Excellent analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to adapt to stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and with varying functional or hierarchical levels
