📋 Description

• Design catalogs, logos, and graphics for company print and marketing materials. • Create, coordinate, and execute design projects from concept through completion. • Schedule and manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery. • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs that support business objectives. • Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines and standards. • Collaborate with the design and brand development team to produce high-quality creative assets. • Contribute as an integral member of the Art Department. • Support the catalog and brand development team in maintaining a strong focus on quality and high performance. • Prepare artwork for print, ensuring quality and compliance with prepress requirements. • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Perform additional design-related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or a related field. • 0–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Junior Graphic Designer. • Open to candidates from any industry with strong graphic design skills and relevant software proficiency. • Proficient in: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe InDesign • Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) • Strong understanding of print production and prepress processes. • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to generate creative ideas independently. • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design quality and brand consistency. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Drawing or sketching skills for concept development are an advantage. • Experience with video editing is a plus but not required. • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
