📋 Description

• Develop and integrate software in accordance with the scope of Spassu’s contracts with its clients. • Lead the development team and assign tasks using project management tools. • Ensure that delivered software implements all specified requirements on the defined technology platform and according to established architectural standards. • Configure projects in accordance with internal and client procedures, ensuring integrity, traceability, and maintainability. • Design and evolve the project architecture throughout the software lifecycle. • Interpret functional specifications and create technical specifications using descriptive text, UML diagrams, and other models. • Plan work using the designated project management tool. • Provide guidance and support to team developers. • Code, integrate, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software components. • Produce technical documentation in accordance with contractual requirements. • Integrate components with those developed by other team members. • Set up and configure local development environments. • Provide information for configuring production and continuous integration pipelines. • Support the IT team and client users with the components, modules, and packages developed. • Perform deliveries and integration testing in the client’s environment. • Support software acceptance testing and deployment in the client’s environments. • Train the client and conduct knowledge transfer on the software developed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Chemistry; or a bachelor’s degree in any field plus a postgraduate qualification (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) of at least 360 hours in Information Technology. • Certification not required. • Preferred experience: 7 years as a Systems Analyst, Developer, or in a related role. • Knowledge of the development and maintenance of solutions supported by an Agile Team throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception, analysis, and design through implementation, testing, deployment, operation, and decommissioning. • Proficiency in modeling, solution architecture, programming, databases, user interfaces, services and integrations, testing, and deployment.
