📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance highly complex software solutions. • Develop and enhance AI agents to automate SDLC activities. • Automate specification, code generation, documentation, testing, validation, and deployment processes. • Define scalable, secure, and highly available architectures. • Enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes. • Help define software engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices. • Provide technical support to teams adopting Artificial Intelligence for software development. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s engineering processes and tools. • Participate in solution design, architecture definition, application and automation development, and the technological evolution of the company’s products, processes, and engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Preferred experience: More than 5 years of experience working as a Senior Software Engineer. • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) automation. • Artificial Intelligence applied to software development. • Development and use of AI agents to automate software engineering activities. • Large language models (LLMs), such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar technologies. • Prompt engineering and the design of interaction flows among users, agents, and AI models. • Integration of AI with development tools, DevOps, and enterprise platforms. • AI-powered automation of code generation, technical documentation, testing, code review, and validation. • Development of highly complex Full Stack applications. • Software architecture and distributed applications. • Full Stack application development. • REST APIs and event-driven architecture. • Microservices. • Git and version control strategies. • CI/CD. • Docker. • Kubernetes. • Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Relational and NoSQL databases. • Automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end). • DevSecOps and Software Engineering practices.
