📋 Description

‱ Assist senior engineers during customer deployments of edge computing infrastructure, cloud integration, and SD-WAN platforms ‱ Support architecture walkthroughs, configuration, testing, and go-live activities under senior engineer direction ‱ Observe and contribute to alignment among project managers, systems engineers, and customer stakeholders on designs and timelines ‱ Assist with troubleshooting deployment issues across operating systems, hypervisors, containers, and networks under supervision ‱ Learn to write basic automation scripts and reusable deployment tooling ‱ Document procedures, configurations, and lessons learned for internal knowledge bases ‱ Participate in internal enablement sessions and cross-functional collaboration ‱ Observe customer workshops for large-scale or complex rollouts

🎯 Requirements

‱ Final-year or recent Bachelor's student in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic record ‱ Able to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the university ‱ Basic familiarity with Linux system administration and troubleshooting ‱ Coursework or foundational exposure to Type 1 and Type 2 hypervisors, such as KVM or VMware ‱ Introductory understanding of routing, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, NAT, and routing protocols ‱ Basic exposure to physical and virtual network interfaces through coursework or personal projects ‱ Willingness to learn tcpdump, Wireshark, iptables, and netstat ‱ Strong written and verbal communication skills, clear documentation, and ability to ask questions ‱ Availability for the full internship period during standard business hours ‱ Preferred: coursework or personal projects involving containerization and lightweight Kubernetes distributions such as K3s ‱ Preferred: exposure to SD-WAN concepts or Versa SD-WAN ‱ Preferred: exposure to Azure or AWS, including VM provisioning or datastore concepts ‱ Preferred: REST APIs and tools such as Postman, Swagger, curl, or Python scripts ‱ Preferred: Ansible, Terraform, or Bash scripting ‱ Preferred: edge orchestration platforms such as Zededa, Azure IoT Edge, or AWS Greengrass
