📋 Description

• Provide highly specialized ICT security services for the client’s covered ICT environment and dedicated Microsoft 365 tenant • Monitor, verify, and escalate security reports and alerts • Monitor and respond to Microsoft 365 security incidents, including compromised accounts, suspicious emails, phishing/BEC, and other cloud threats • Conduct proactive threat hunting using M365 security tools and relevant technologies • Establish, document, and maintain threat detection and response methods, procedures, and tools • Perform incident response and digital forensics, coordinating appropriate response measures • Monitor, share, and act on relevant threat intelligence and mitigation measures • Conduct security assessments, vulnerability verification, prioritization, remediation guidance, and validation • Issue security advisories and notifications with remediation recommendations • Advise operations teams on system design, development, modification, and security configuration baselines • Prepare end-user security awareness materials and support awareness initiatives • Prepare security reports and regular updates within governance frameworks • Identify and assess Operational Resilience controls and support Disaster Recovery Exercises • Participate in duty officer coverage outside defined working hours for urgent security needs • Work within applicable ICT governance, standards, security policies, and 5x8 defined working hours

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in ICT security roles • At least 3 years in cloud security operations for Microsoft 365/Azure environments • Expert-level experience in security monitoring, incident response, and digital forensics • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel or equivalent SIEM/SOAR platforms, and advanced hunting using KQL • Experience in threat intelligence handling, vulnerability management, and security assessments across the system life cycle • Ability to develop methods, procedures, guidelines, standards, or policies with organization-wide impact • Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) or equivalent • CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent recognized security certification • Fluency in English, written and oral • Desirable: Hyper Converged Infrastructure or Software Defined Storage experience • Desirable: service reporting, business analytics, cloud storage, virtualization, operational resilience, disaster recovery, UN/NGO/peacekeeping or international mission experience • Desirable certifications: SC-100, AZ-500, CompTIA Security+/CySA+, ITIL Foundation
