đ Description
⢠Lead the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements, disclosure notes, and management reports ⢠Support the monthly and annual consolidation process ⢠Collaborate closely with international subsidiaries for accurate reporting ⢠Maintain and update Group Accounting Policies and Manual ⢠Drive the implementation of new or revised IFRS standards ⢠Provide guidance on complex accounting topics ⢠Design and maintain the Group internal control framework ⢠Act as a business partner for local accounting teams ⢠Serve as a key contact for external auditors ⢠Work closely with Group Controlling and subsidiaries for consistent accounting treatment
đŻ Requirements
⢠Degree from a business school or MBA ⢠Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing ⢠Strong audit background, ideally at a Big 4 or another reputable audit firm ⢠Proven experience with IFRS ⢠Experience with group reporting or consolidation processes ⢠Strong technical understanding of IFRS ⢠Proficiency in Excel; experience with consolidation tools (e.g., LucaNet, SAP BFC) is an advantage ⢠Business-fluent German and English skills
