🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills • Demonstrated experience in illustration and book cover design, showcased through a portfolio highlighting past work and creative process • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative approach to work effectively within a team • A positive, can-do attitude, coupled with an unwavering drive to continuously enhance your craft • Familiarity with the publishing industry and its cover design standards is advantageous
