📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders • Move A/B tests smoothly from idea through build, launch, and analysis • Identify risks early and unblock teams • Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments • Communicate the rationale behind plans and set expectations • Lead weekly client meetings covering progress and results • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams • Maintain clarity, positivity, focus, and momentum during busy or complex work • Report to the Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• No prior A/B testing experience required • No formal project management experience required; training provided • Organization and diligence; comfortable with systems, checklists, and timelines • Proactive, over-communicative approach with clients and teammates • Ability to learn quickly and interest in technology and design • Ability to understand why things work or do not work • Pattern recognition and asking good questions
