📋 Description

• Design and build backend services in Python using FastAPI • Implement asynchronous job execution and status tracking with Redis, Celery, and Kafka • Integrate with internal and external LLM services • Build and maintain external MCP servers exposing the platform to third-party AI agents and clients • Develop ETL pipelines • Ensure data quality across ingestion, transformation, and storage • Ensure stability, observability, and cost-efficient inference • Collaborate effectively across teams and functions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Python backend experience • Strong FastAPI experience • Solid PostgreSQL + S3 or equivalent experience • Experience with async task queues such as Celery, Redis, and Kafka • Production experience integrating with microservices, including long-running jobs, retries, and failure handling • Solid hands-on experience with agentic AI, including building MCP servers, implementing agents, and working with various LLMs and generative models • Genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI and keeping up with field developments • Basic observability skills, including logging, monitoring, and alerting • Experience in cross-functional teams with frontend and ML • Experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, and Kubernetes • Familiarity with LangChain or agentic workflows is a plus • Marketing technology background is a plus • Experience with StarRocks or other OLAP databases such as ClickHouse is a plus
