📋 Description

• Support members throughout their mental health care journey and connect them to care • Respond to incoming phone, chat, and email inquiries during assigned shifts • Manage care coordination, including platform signup, technical troubleshooting, intake information, appointment scheduling and cancellations, and service explanations • Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer members to appropriate care levels and modalities • Assess and manage member crises, including suicide risk, through in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up • Provide consultation, psycho-education, empathy, and motivational assistance for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns • Manage consultation intake for global members and customers • Identify and resolve barriers to care, disruptions, and technical issues • Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries • Learn current and new workflows, policies, and procedures through online and live training • Summarize patient interactions in English in online documentation systems • Coordinate with internal teams to identify, report, and resolve issues • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, training, and special internal projects • Follow confidentiality, compliance, ethical, and company standards • Report to the Manager of the Global Team in Clinical Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree in a behavioral health field • Licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist, psychologist • Licensed Psychologist with a masters degree and appropriate credentials in Argentina • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish • Comfortable interacting with members worldwide • Comfortable using multiple computer platforms simultaneously and learning new systems • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with constant change • Flexibility to work on at least 3 holidays per year • Required schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00AM to 6:30PM ART • Policies, training, and documentation require English proficiency • Active independent authorization to practice as a Psychologist and an active matrícula for the province or jurisdiction where you practice • NPI number or ability to obtain one prior to employment
