📋 Description

• Support patients through phone, chat, and email during assigned shifts in fluent languages • Manage care coordination, including platform sign-up, technical troubleshooting, intake information, appointment scheduling and cancellations, and explaining available services • Conduct clinical needs assessments, develop action plans, and refer members to appropriate care levels and modalities • Assess and manage member crises, including suicide risk, through in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up • Provide consultation, psycho-education, empathy, and motivational assistance for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns • Engage in CIR intake and/or coaching services for global members and customers • Identify and resolve barriers to care, disruptions, and technical issues reported by members and providers • Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries • Learn current and new workflows, policies, and procedures through online and live training • Summarize patient interactions in English within online documentation systems • Coordinate with internal teams to identify, report, and resolve issues • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, training, and special internal projects • Follow company confidentiality, compliance, ethical, and other policies • Report to the Manager of the Global Team in Clinical Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field • Licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist, psychologist • Counselor, Psychotherapist, or Social Worker with appropriate credentials in your country of residence • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure • Fully bilingual, written and spoken, in English and Dutch • Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills • Comfortable using multiple computer platforms simultaneously and learning new systems • Comfortable committing to Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm CEST • Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without employer sponsorship • Reside in the Netherlands
