📋 Description

• Perform ServiceNow configuration, development, and implementation • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions • Build integrations and custom applications • Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions • Lead workshops and advise stakeholders • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution architecture • Manage delivery, pre-sales, and practice development

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial ServiceNow experience • Hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module or product area • Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and implementation lifecycle • Experience in development, consulting, configuration, or architecture • Knowledge of integrations and APIs • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • English proficiency for working in an international environment • Nice to have: Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow • Nice to have: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CMA) • Nice to have: Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules • Nice to have: Technical or functional leadership experience • Nice to have: Enterprise architecture, client advisory, or delivery management experience • Experience with one or more ServiceNow areas, including ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, App Engine, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, Custom Application Development, or ServiceNow Integrations & APIs
