📋 Description

• Own the product lifecycle from concept validation through launch and continuous improvement • Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap • Define success metrics and continuously evaluate product performance • Build go-to-market plans and monetization strategies • Support strategic partnerships and co-selling initiatives • Identify opportunities to expand products into new markets and customer segments • Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership • Facilitate decision-making and align stakeholders around product priorities • Foster a product culture focused on customer value, experimentation, and ownership • Screen incoming product ideas and validate commercial potential • Shape product positioning and define pricing strategies • Work with the Head of Innovations and executive leadership to bring innovative products to market

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B software or technology products • Proven experience launching products from concept to market • Strong product discovery and customer validation skills • Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps • Experience developing pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies • Strong understanding of B2B monetization models • Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Advanced English (written and spoken) • Experience with Computer Vision, IoT, Embedded Systems, AI, or Cloud technologies is nice to have • Understanding of cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) and co-selling programs is nice to have • Experience with SaaS/PaaS business models is nice to have • Startup or early-stage product experience is nice to have • Founder or CEO experience is a plus
